Conference Data Services
Conference Data Services was formed to service the niche market of content production, data and audio capture in conjunction with Technical A/V Event Production at conferences and events. We have recently expanded into equipment hire as well as live webcasting and podcasting.
With over 15 years experience in the conference and special event industry we feel that our special knowledge of the requirements of this industry gives us the edge over other content production services. Others will simply say 'you design it, we'll build it' - but at CDS you get access to the years of experience and creative expertise that only an intimate knowledge of the industry can bring.

My business experiences started with banking, finance and lending. As part of my lending experience I learned about business analysis, operation and management, with a very strong computer and I.T. influence. Sales and Marketing became necessary skills while working as National Business Development Manager for a major A/V Company which inevitably led to running my own business.
I have worked closely with the conference & exhibition industry since 1996 as an equipment supplier including supporting a number of major international clients during the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and many small, medium, large and high profile conferences and events since.
I have supplied services and expertise in numerous venues all across the country for almost every professional conference organiser and many, many associations. I have regularly been involved in over 40 conferences or meetings per year – that’s nearly one a week!. I have also consulted to and project managed special events, gala dinners, general hire transactions and exhibition stand design.
This range of business experience, marketing and sales knowledge coupled with my technical expertise is now available to you - enhancing any meeting or project you may undertake!
Our Team

Camera Operators
Our camera operators have experience ranging from regular Australian television drama and live News Casting events through major film and theatrical productions.
Audio Engineers
Our Audio Engineers have toured the world with major international acts, worked on local large scale events such as the Sydney New Years Event and Sydney Festival as well as in-studio production of recordings for major local and international bands.
Event Production
The CDS Team of Production Engineers have built, run and removed events as small as a meeting for 100 people through to large scale outdoor public events of over 15,000!
