Accordingly, we have no more editorial control over this content than does a public library. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content made available by the conference organising comittee, delegates, speakers, their representatives, employees and all other third parties are those of the respective author(s) and we are not responsible for any material supplied by these parties. We cannot and do not endorse it in any way, nor do they vouch for its accuracy or usefulness. Furthermore, we expressly disclaim any liability associated with material supplied by any of these parties.
Merchantability
All physical material or electronic video and/or audio recording distributable files (hereinafter "recording products") created is guaranteed to be of merchantable quality. Where possible, recording products will be made available for collection directly from the venue during the event. Items which are not available during the event and "package deal" items will be distributed by Australia Post as soon as possible following the end of the event, or passed to the organiser of the event for later distribution. Quality of the actual recordings will be maintained to the best of our ability, however as recordings take place in a live situation and the people being recorded are not professional users of recording equipment we have no control, nor any liability, for the quality of the audio / video itself.

Cross-Hire of unavailable stock
Required Labour
Access to site / venue
Audience size and room layout
suitability of the product for the intended purpose
specific client requirements and specific configurations
and other issues.
In all cases a formal quotation must be prepared by CDS based on your specific needs and accepted by the client prior to any work being undertaken.
